IDLH Digital Tactical Worksheet for iPad
Bring the familiar IDLH Tactical Worksheet workflow to your iPad. Keep command information, unit assignments, and personnel accountability visible while switching between incident checklists.
Individual subscriptions are purchased and managed through Apple. Check your iPad model and software compatibility before subscribing.
Command, accountability, and staffing
- Persistent command and accountability board with Original and Right-hand layouts.
- Apple Pencil writing and highlighting, keyboard text, and Pencil Scribble for Division and Group names.
- Add and move units, review personnel, and release units while preserving incident history.
- Structure, Mayday, Brush, Tech, Hazmat, ARFF, Dive, MCI, Active Threat, MAP, and BLANK workspaces.
- Optional incident clock and time-stamped benchmarks.
- Import staffing from supported CSV, TSV, Excel, Word, and searchable PDF files, including ImageTrend Daily Roster PDFs. Review and confirm entries before use. Scanned image-only PDFs are not supported.
Maps, incident records, and reports
Use optional Apple Maps and available street-level imagery for situational awareness. Maps require connectivity; the command board remains available when map service is lost.
Incident state saves locally and recovers after app closure. Stop & Lock protects completed records. Review incidents by date, create commander-reviewed PDF reports, and export through the iPad share menu. Optional screen and command-audio recording starts only when you choose to record.
After subscription verification, active incident operation works offline. Records remain on the iPad unless you export them. Cloud incident synchronization is not included.
Supported iPads
Requires iPadOS 26.1 or later. Operational support is limited to these models:
- iPad Pro 11-inch: 1st, 3rd, or 4th generation; M5
- iPad Pro 12.9-inch: 4th or 6th generation
- iPad Pro 13-inch: M5
- iPad Air: 4th generation or 5th generation (M1)
- iPad Air 11-inch: M3
- iPad Air 13-inch: M2 or M3
- iPad: 10th generation or A16
iPad mini, iPad Air 3, iPad 9, and other unlisted models are not supported for operational command. See the App Store listing for current compatibility and subscription details.
