Processing time

Orders ship within [1–2 business days] from our Colorado facility. Custom or backordered items will note lead time on the product page.

Carriers & service

We ship via UPS / USPS with tracking. PO Boxes ship USPS.

Shipping rates

  • Contiguous U.S.: [Flat $X / Free over $Y]

  • Alaska/Hawaii/APO/FPO: Calculated at checkout

  • International: Calculated at checkout; duties/taxes paid by recipient

Estimated delivery

  • Handling: 1–2 business days

  • Transit: varies depending on what the customer chooses, typically 2–5 business days (domestic), 6–12 business days (international)

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking email when your order ships.

Address changes

If you entered an incorrect address, contact us ASAP at info@tacticalworksheet.com. Once shipped, we can’t reroute packages.

Lost/damaged packages

If marked delivered but missing, first check with neighbors/your station mail area. For damaged items, email photos + order # to info@tacticalworksheet.com within 7 days; we’ll assist with a replacement or claim.
