- Prepare daily staffing. Import supported roster files, review units and personnel, and confirm staffing before saving.
- Maintain accountability. Add and move units, confirm Division/Group names, and review assigned crews while your command board stays visible.
- Switch checklists and use MAP. Keep incident-wide information in view while opening the workspace you need. Map services and available street-level imagery require connectivity.
- Review and preserve the incident. Save locally, recover after app closure, and use Stop & Lock and commander-reviewed PDF reports for completed incidents.
Division/Group supervisor handoff: iPhone app coming soon
The video previews Command approving a supervisor for one confirmed Division or Group. The planned iPhone view shows that supervisor’s approved group, units, and personnel, while Command retains the full incident and records changes. This companion iPhone workflow is not included in the current iPad release.
