What’s the difference between the standard and Value Edition Command Boards?
The standard Command Board is made from premium styrene for extreme durability and weather resistance. The Value Edition uses a durable composite designed for standard incidents and training environments. Both share the same aviation-inspired all-hazard checklists and 11×17" layout.
Do all versions use the same checklists?
Yes. Every board — from the standard to Value Editions — includes identical all-hazard checklists: Structure Fire, Mayday, Brush/Wildland, Technical Rescue, HazMat, ARFF, Dive, and MCI.
What are the smaller 6×6" boards for?
They’re part of the Value Collection and align with specific ICS roles: ISO (Safety), PIO (Information), JR (First-Arriving/Company Officer), and the Checklist booklet for quick reference. They’re perfect for training and daily operations.
Are all products dry-erase?
Yes — all boards feature a dry-erase laminate surface for easy writing and reusability.
Can I use these boards outdoors or in wet conditions?
The flagship Command Board performs best in harsh environments. The Value Editions are ideal for moderate conditions, classrooms, and stations.
Ordering, Shipping & Returns
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we primarily ship within the United States. For international inquiries, contact us directly for a quote.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately — we’ll make it right. Every board is inspected before shipping, but we’ll replace any product damaged in transit.
What’s your return policy?
Returns are accepted on unused items within 30 days of purchase. Custom or bulk orders may have separate terms. Please review our full Return Policy.

Do you offer department or academy pricing?
Yes — bulk and department pricing is available. Many departments use the IDLH Value Package for training sets. Contact us for quotes on large or custom orders.
Can we customize boards with department logos or layouts?

Do you provide purchase order options for fire departments?
